Loan Modification Requirements:
- Borrower must be currently employed
- It is not required that the Borrower(s) be behind on their existing mortgage. Although, being behind in monthly payments or in Pre-Foreclosure is acceptable.
- Borrower must be in an adjustable mortgage or a negative amortization mortgage. For an example, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 10 Year Fixed loans all qualify.
- Any occupancy type is acceptable, i.e.: Owner Occupied, Second Home, and Investor Owned.
- The fee is 2995.00 and is only paid if you are satisfied with the terms and conditions of the offer. Credit Card and Cashier’s Check are the only forms of payment that are accepted.
- Minimal paperwork required to find out if you are eligible.
- If the process starts and the customer is declined ALL the money is returned to customer
